..:: Towards Designing and Implementing Governance Mechanisms for Innovation Policy: Nordic Experiences and Challenges
This 2004 report draws on the discussions of fifteen policymakers and experts from Nordic countries addressing joint issues in the realm of innovation policy in Malmö, November 2003. The purpose is to facilitate exchange of experiences on ongoing policy reforms and to examine what key factors may enable the strengthening of governance mechanisms for innovation policy. Special attention is paid to cross-border issues, including the potential for integration in the Öresund Region.
